About Our Operations

Inhaca Sub Diving Services provides professional underwater inspection, Mini-ROV survey and marine support services from our base in Pemba, Mozambique. We support vessels, ports, terminals, dam intakes, trash racks, water tanks and selected industrial water assets with controlled underwater visual evidence.

Our core focus is independent underwater inspection and documentation, including Mini-ROV hull surveys, diver-held camera inspections, hull condition reports, propeller and rudder assessments, sea chest and intake visuals, anode and coating status checks, and post-cleaning verification alongside your selected local hull-cleaning contractor.

For hydro and industrial clients, we provide ROV-based visual inspection of dam intakes, trash racks, reservoir walls, water tanks, pump stations and submerged water infrastructure where access, visibility, depth or operational restrictions make conventional inspection difficult.

By combining diver teams with compact ROV systems, we deliver high-clarity underwater visuals, time-stamped video, still images, extracted frames, annotated observations and concise technical reporting for owners, operators, ports, EPC contractors, insurers and engineering teams.

We also operate an emergency underwater response service for fouling-related performance issues, foreign object detection, rope or net entanglement checks, grounding assessments and urgent underwater troubleshooting for commercial vessels, tugs, barges and selected infrastructure assets.

With more than 20 years of combined field experience in Mozambique’s marine and underwater sector, our operation is known for dependable reporting, safe work practices and practical inspection planning tailored to site access, permits, mobilisation and operational feasibility.
